The “Returning to the Mountain” organization, which seeks to restore Jewish sovereignty on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, has launched a new project, according to a report in HaKol HaYehudi.
The organizers are calling on visitors to the Temple Mount to file complaints with the police against Waqf officials that follow and harass Jewish visitors on the Jewish people’s holiest site.
The organizers says that the Waqf officials are specifically breaking the Protection of Privacy law which prohibits tracking people’s movements. They hope that by filing enough complaints it will both deter the Waqf and cause the police to act more aggressively against the harassment by Waqf officials.
