Yoshiyahu Phillips, a Pennsylvania native, moved to Israel in 2023 to attend Yeshivat Torah v'Avodah in Jerusalem and was selected for the Maslul Mizrachi leadership training program. Active with Bnei Akiva while in high school, Yoshiyahu has volunteered to serve as an infantry combat soldier with the IDF and begins his training this month.
