Are you sitting down for this?

The Ministry of Justice has opened an “incitement hotline“. Did you hear someone say or write something inciteful against someone else?

Then you should call the incitement hotline at 1-700-70-60-44.

Perhaps it’s only a matter of time before our Justice Minister requires that you call it in.

Of course, when our Justice Minister set up this “incitement hotline”, I’m sure she figured that people would only be reporting on “rightwing” incitement by Settlers and Rabbis.

I’m curious as to how long it will take to close this hotline if citizens began calling 1-700-70-60-44 to report statements and articles by Haneen Zoabi, Amira Hass, Gidon Levy, Ahmed Tibi, and others leftwingers, that many of us upright (upright, you get it?) citizens consider to be incitement. Or does incitement only go one way?

Wait! Was that just incitement?

Should I report myself?

(Hey kids, your parents didn’t let you stay up late to eat junk food and watch TV, just call 1-700-70-60-44 and give them their name. That’ll teach ’em.)
