An Israeli Iron Dome defense system missile intercepts a rocket fired from Gaza .

Question: At an estimated $70,000 per Iron Dome launch, if the Iron Dome system determines that a Hamas rocket launched from Gaza is about to hit PA civilians in Palestinian Authority controlled Ramallah, does Israel have a moral obligation to shoot the rocket down?
