If we want to truly access the unique berachah Hashem bestows upon the Jewish people as a result of their achdus, their unity, perhaps now is the time to join the Dirshu Daf HaYomi B’Halacha program. Now is the time to reconnect with the hallowed legacy of the Chofetz Chaim. It is not difficult. It only requires a relatively small daily investment of time.

Joining the Daf HaYomi B’Halacha program will certainly enable all of us to perform the Will of Hashem by making time in our day, every day, for the study of halacha and mussar. It will also offer us a true daily connection with the Chofetz Chaim by learning his works day in and day out. This will be a worthy addition to the emotionally enriching but fleeting connection to that giant of Torah piety we experienced when viewing the clip of him from some 95 years ago.

Let us take our inherent potential as the “sons of prophets” and use it to be as diligent and eager as the “bnei chaburah,” the Jews who brought the Korban Pesach in the Beis HaMikdash. Let us all commit to joining the shiurim of Daf HaYomi B’Halacha, or arranging chavrusas.

May it be Hashem’s Will that, in the merit of our study and observance of halacha, we will soon experience our final Redemption and the rebuilding of the Beis HaMikdash. Then we will witness Hashem’s return to Tzion with our own eyes, along with all of the prophets and the “sons of prophets” of the Jewish people and once again partake of the korban Pesach “as one man with one heart” in unity.
