To further illustrate the point, a vigil outside the Hyper Cacher market the night before the giant rally was almost exclusively Jewish.

Although it was commendable that so many people showed up for the Paris rally against the murder by Muslim terrorists of 17 French citizens, it would have been more significant if the majority had demonstrated on behalf of the four Jews murdered at the Hyper Cacher supermarket rather than the victims at Charlie Hebdo.
After all, in contrast to the employees of Charlie Hebdo, a publication that delights in mocking Islam, the Jews murdered at the supermarket had absolutely no record of any anti-Islamic activity and were killed only because they were Jews.
