By thanking God very emphatically in front of his non-Jewish employee, the haberdasher influenced a non-Jewish human being to thank God day by day – precisely the goal of the Rebbe’s God-consciousness campaign for all humanity.

I have opened the U.S. Senate in Washington with the seven Noahide laws. I recited these laws to a large group of clergy people at Ground Zero after 9/11. But never did I get a charge like the one I got when talking about God-consciousness to that Haitian cab driver.

Disseminating the “Sheva Mitzvos Bnei Noach,” the Seven Noahide Laws, is one way we can mark the Rebbe’s yahrzeit.
