Rabbi Binyamin Schwartz moved his family to Tel Aviv in 2001 to help spread Torah in that primarily secular city. He was awarded Yakir Hachinuch Hadati in 2007 by Israel’s Ministry of Education for the establishment of five state-religious preschools in Tel Aviv and one in Yafo.
