The above picture was taken at the beginning of my trip as I first entered the Jaffa Gate and was heading towards the “Shuk” to go to the Kosel.
Suddenly, I had to do a double take.
In front of me were three men.
The man on the right was clearly a Christian clergyman.
The man on the left was a kafia clad Muslim.
And in the middle was a Chassidishe Yid!
Was Mashiach at the doorsteps?
Was world peace at hand?
Had the two other large western religions finally recognized that we are the main players and everyone else flanks us to the right and to the left?
Was this the final recognition of the Jewish people as the true Chosen People?
I never asked them and in the last nine days I have not heard the sound of any shofar.
However, who knows?
He can change the world in the blink of an eye.

Shabbat Shalom
