Of course, getting from here to there will require more than words. It will require the enormously challenging and rewarding process of making ideas reality. But it starts with words – a community built on words.

So, please, visit the site, think about it what is being said there, contribute your own thoughts, talk about it and perhaps contribute your unique abilities to the process of making these ideas reality.

We can accomplish incredible things.

At the beginning of this message, I said that we ask for and extend forgiveness in advance of Yom Kippur. This message is no different. In the past year, I’ve pushed myself into new areas and new challenges. In doing so, I’ve stepped on toes, stumbled and otherwise offended and hurt others. I ask you for your forgiveness for these past infractions and for your understanding in case I do more of the same.

I do intend to push myself further in the coming year – and I don’t expect the effort to be without error.

I, of course, extend my own forgiveness to you.

G-d bless and may the coming year be a year of Blessing and Joy.

And may it be a year of opportunity and the realization of that opportunity.

Shana Tova
