The weather in Israel on Thursday is rainy from the north of the country to the northern Negev.
Roads were blocked across the country due to flooding and in some of the municipalities school was canceled and residents were advised not to take to the streets.
The Kinneret rose since Wednesday by 23 cm, and now stands at 211.10 meters below sea level. Since the beginning of this winter the water level has risen by 80 cm.
The Hermon site reported that the lower level has added half a meter of snow since yesterday.
The flow of water in the northern streams is very powerful as a result of the rains, and the Kishon river matched its historical recorded peak of 215 cubic meters of water per second.
