A ceremony event marking the end of the Shmita year (Sabbatical year), was organized by the organization “Kashrut leMehadrin”, headed by Rabbi Yosef Efrati, on April 04, 2016.

The Shmita year is the seventh year of the seven-year agricultural cycle mandated by the Torah for the Land of Israel.
