Following the exposure of Meretz MK Tamar Zandberg’s Knesset bill that would outlaw Chabad outreach to anyone under age 18, Jewish activists from Chabad decided to hold a Tefillin protest near Zandberg’s home. Dozens of people and passers-by put on Tefillin and prayed.
