A fish farm at the Nov Moshav, Golan Heights, Northern Israel.
The farm breeds the tropical fish Discus, which were originally found in the Amazon river.
The fish are sold at domestic markets, as well as exported to Europe.
The work is around the clock as feeding of the fish is repeated several times a day, as well as the cleaning of the tanks and sorting of the fish by size and color. It is important that the water in the tanks is maintained at an exact temperature.
The farm was founded by the late Nathan Kinsborsky and his wife Hagar, in the year 2000. Today, Hagar runs the farm with the help of her two children Noam and Zohar.
