It used to be president would visit steel plants, textile mills, car assembly lines. But we don’t have much of that any more. To visit those places the president would have to fly to Asia, where we put all those things.

What we assemble in America nowadays are envelopes and boxes with books or jewelry, in fulfillment centers, for minimum wages.
For the tougher jobs we use bubble warp.
