The Circassians in Israel are Sunni Muslims, who separate their religion from their nationality. About 4,500 Circassians live in Israel, mainly in the two villages of Kfar Kama and Rehaniya.

Circassians exiles from the northern Caucasus established the village Rehaniya in 1873, and the village of Kfar Kama in 1876.

The Israeli Circassians have had good relations with the Jewish community in Israel since the beginning of the Zionist immigration. Like the Druze, they serve in the army and are integrated into Israeli society.
