An Arab man with no pulse, from the village of Um Salmona, was driven to the town of Efrat’s southern entrance on Sunday night.
A local medic and an Efrat security patrol guard performed CPR on the man, saving his life. He was then transported to the hospital.
Across the street from this entrance to Efrat is Kibbutz Migdal Oz, and the location where 19-year-old Dvir Sorek was murdered by Arab terrorists just over a week ago. On the other side of nearby highway 60 is the town of Elazar, where two teenagers, Nahum and Noam Nevies were wounded in a ramming attack by an Arab terrorist this past Friday.
Despite these repeated Arab terror attacks on Jewish residents, whenever there is an immediate medical emergency, Arabs residing in Gush Etzion all know to come to the settlement of Efrat where they will receive the best immediate medical care.
