A group of six-month-old ostrich chicks, born at the Ramat Gan Safari, have made their public debut at Jerusalem’s Biblical Zoo.

Young ostriches grow very quickly, gaining about one-third of a meter in height per month. A fully grown male can grow as tall as 2.7 meters (nearly nine feet tall).
