An Arab terrorist is believed to have carried out a vehicle ramming attack against IDF soldiers early Wednesday evening as they were traveling in a military vehicle on Highway 60 in Judea, near the Jewish community of Neve Daniel.
The site is about eight minutes’ drive south of Jerusalem. The Arab driver crashed his vehicle head-on into the IDF vehicle.

The terrorist sustained a serious head injury, according to military sources quoted by international media.
Three IDF soldiers, all age 20, were wounded in the attack. One suffered chest and limb wounds and is in serious condition; two others sustained broken bones and other injuries to their limbs. The latter two are in fair condition. All were evacuated to Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center in Jerusalem.
Security personnel and IDF soldiers closed down the highway and set up road blocks and launched a search of the area for any accomplices.
This was the second travel attack perpetrated by Arabs on Wednesday.
Rocks were thrown by Arab terrorists at the Jerusalem Light Rail as it made its way through the capital. It’s not the first time the railway has been targeted by terrorists.
The first car on the train was damaged but no one was physically injured. Police are searching for the terrorists.
