Three rockets were shot from Gaza into Israel, in the southern part of the Eshkol municipal council, exploding against the border security fence, Israel Radio reported.
No one was hurt and there was no damage to property.
IDF forces are searching the area.
Back in 2005, many warned that the plan to unilaterally move the Jewish settlements of Gaza and the IDF presence would be disastrous to Israeli security; not only would prevention of Qassam rockets and other attacks from Gaza become nearly impossible after the withdrawal, but implementation of the plan would be an important moral victory for Hamas and other organizations, and would encourage them to continue executing terrorist attacks against Israel.
Now they want to do the same in Judea and Samaria.
