The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) is once again in the spotlight for its support of anti-Semitic, pro-Arab terrorist incitement against Jews.

This time, the watchdog agency “UN Watch” noticed the organization’s lack of neutrality when it spotted a couple of crude, anti-Semitic caricatures on an UNRWA Facebook page. UN Watch sent a letter to UN secretary-general Ban Ki-moon, demanding he “take action immediately to remove the images, apply accountability to the highest levels of UNRWA, and apologize.”

One of the caricatures depicts a hook-nosed Chassidic Jewish man with payot (long side curls) dressed in black with a Magen David (Jewish star) adorning his black hat. A Palestinian Arab boy wearing a kefiyya (Arab scarf) tied around his neck, with a toothy Cheshire-cat grin his holding a remote control with which he directs a car chasing the Chassid, who is fleeing the attack.

The site is run by the Palestinian Arab Rameh school, located in the Jaramaneh camp near Damascus.

The cartoon celebrates Palestinian vehicle terror attacks against Israeli Jewish civilians.

A second cartoon showed a car attacking people, with a caption that translated to “Vehicle intifada da’es’ — a play on words for the Arabic ‘Da’esh’ (ISIS). Da’es in Arabic means to ‘run over.’

“Excellency, at a time when UNRWA claims to be in crisis it is shameful that an UNRWA facility featured on a UN video asking for help for victims in Syria would be the same one engaged in incitement to racism, terrorism and murder,” the letter continues.

“All of this follows the April report of your board of inquiry which found that UNRWA effectively turned a blind eye to Hamas rockets and other terrorist weapons being stored in its facilities.”

A copy of the letter was also sent to U.S. Ambassador the UN Samantha Power, and Anti-Defamation League national director Jonathan Greenblatt.
