Injured Japanese tourist. March 7, 2016

Japanese tourists visiting a church in Jerusalem’s Old City, near the Lion’s Gate, were attacked by Arab stone throwers on Monday afternoon.

One of the tourists was lightly wounded and she was taken to Hadassah hospital for treatment.

Police are searching for the attackers.

The woman was part of a group of visiting Japanese tourists who love Israel.

She will be returning to her tour group after she finishes her treatment at Hadassah hospital.
