IAA district archaeologist Pablo Betzer for the Judea region has requested in the wake of the discovery that the Netivei Israel Company modify the construction plan for the junction in order to preserve the finds at the site and rehabilitate them as part of the landscape.

Netivei Israel has agreed to cooperate.
