Hamas is trying to prevent Gaza residents from seeking safety and is threatening journalists who document their efforts.
Earlier, one rocket fired at Israel landed short and exploded in Gaza territory, one of more than 500 to do so. There was no word on how many Gaza civilians were wounded or killed by the Hamas terrorist mishap.
