Brooklyn-based JETS Towing Company, a 50-year fixture in the borough, has fired one of its tow truck drivers after he was filmed hurling verbal antisemitic curses at Jews asking him to stop blocking traffic in Borough Park.

The driver was trying to get into a driveway on 50th Street between 9th and 10th Avenues to make a pickup but did not have the space to do it. Instead, he asked the vehicle behind him to back up, despite the fact it was followed by a line of cars in the congested artery.

Suggestions that he circle around the block and try again were met with abuse, as seen on a video that has since been taken down. “Go back to your [***] country, let Hitler kill your [***], [****]. How about that?!” he yelled.

The incident, which took place on Sunday at around 10:30 am, was reported by multiple Jewish news outlets.

JETS Towing company dispatcher confirmed to Hamodia that the driver was fired. “We do not condone any type of antisemitism or racism at our company,” he said.
