An Arab woman and her brother, Palestinian Authority residents from the Gush Etzion region, were arrested Wednesday. The two are suspected of planning a terrorist attack.

The woman was caught after throwing rocks at soldiers. Her brother was arrested later, when he was found with a knife at the Gush Etzion junction south of Jerusalem.
