Cleared for Publication: Kobi Sadan, the director of Asset Division for the City of Jerusalem, has lost his daughter in the Tzafit River disaster that took place Thursday in the southern Dead Sea area of the Judean Desert.

Nine teens lost their lives in the tragedy. One teen is still missing. Fifteen are safe.
