“The pause that refreshes” has developed an aftertaste in Israel.

Coca-Cola’s Central Bottling Company franchise in Israel has recalled tens of thousands of 1.5 liter bottles although the company emphasized there is no health danger.

It informed the Health Ministry of the recall and added that laboratory tests showed that the aftertaste was mild, Globes reported.

The bottles that were recalled are stamped with a sell by date of September 25, 2016
