Daylight Saving Time begins in the United States this weekend very late Saturday night or early Sunday morning on March 11, 2018, when readers will “spring forward” and lose one hour of sleep.

This means that if you’re reading this and you live in the United States, you’ll be moving your clock one hour ahead at 2:00 am, when the time will read 3:00 am.

Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, Nov 4, 2018 at 2:00 am, when clocks are turned backward one hour, to 1:00 am.

In Israel, Daylight Saving time doesn’t begin until Friday, March 23.
