Female Terrorist Neutralized at Qalandia Checkpoint

According to the Israeli Police Spokesperson’s Office, an Arab female pedestrian, 20, on Monday afternoon reached the Qalandia Checkpoint in eastern Jerusalem, walking through the vehicles’ lane. Security personnel who saw her approaching, carrying a suspicious object, began a suspect apprehension protocol, calling on her to stop.

When she continued to walk in their direction, holding on to her object in a suspicious manner, the force neutralized her.

The suspect, a resident of Kafr ‘Aqab, a neighborhood of eastern Jerusalem, was evacuated to hospital in light condition.
