Shortly before 7 PM, sniper fire originating from Gaza hit a home in the Israeli town of Netiv Ha’asara along the Gaza border.

No one was injured in the attack, but a number of windows in the home were broken from the gunfire.

Residents were told to stay away from the windows in their homes.

The IDF now says the gunfire was from a stray bullet from a Hamas training exercise in Gaza, and the house wasn’t deliberately targeted.
