Thousands of Jewish refugees are fleeing the horrors of the war-torn eastern front to live in refuge camps, senior centers and rented apartments wherever they can find them, Chabad emissaries report.

Those who previously ran to Mariupol, thinking they would find safety there, have since been forced to flee once more.
