The Israel Ari Force flew two F-16 jets over southern Lebanese villages Tuesday afternoon, according to the Beirut government’s official NNA national news agency.
The Lebanese Army Command Guidance Directorate stated, “On Tuesday…at 4:50 p.m., two Israeli war planes violated Lebanese air space from above Kafrkila village, executed circular flight over various Lebanese regions; and then left at 8:05 p.m. from above Rmeish village.
It claimed that two planes also buzzed over Kafrkila and other regions from 8:25 p.m. until 9:05 p.m.
Israel has not commented, but the IDF routinely carries out surveillance flights over southern Lebanon to monitor terrorist activity.
