The Likud has launched a new campaign promo video showing two ISIS terrorists looking for directions to Jerusalem and asking direction from another motorist, who tells them to turn left.
If viewers still don’t get the not so subtle message, the video makes it clear with the slogan, “The left will surrender to terror.”
The video, like most election clips, is low-brow, a bit childish and enough to get guffaws from supporters and smirks from opposing parties.
But is there an underlying message in the video against Naftali Bennett, chairman of the Bayit Yehudi (Jewish Home)?
A Bayit Yehudi party video last month showed Bennett disguised as a leftist and wearing a bushy red beard.
And lo and behold, one of the ISIS “terrorists” in the Likud video is wearing a bushy beard, almost red.
Bennett tweeted Sunday, “Now they are using me in a Likud film?
Whatever happened to the cease-fire?” meaning that Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Bennett would stop jabbing each other.
Here are the pictures of Bennett disguised as a red-bearded leftist and the ISIS “terrorist” in the Likud clip Decide for yourself.
