Every terrorist deserves justice without undue delay
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is considering establishing a new special court to deal with deal with terrorists and terror-related issues.
He mentioned the idea at a Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee meeting Wednesday evening, hours before another Palestinian Authority stabbing attack in Hebron Thursday morning.
A new court would bypass delays in the judicial system when the government wants to demolish terrorists’ homes, revoke their citizenship or extend administrative detentions.
The Prime Minister has argued that reprisals against terrorists and their families should take place immediately, but the backlog in the judicial system often drags out the process for days or even weeks.
