India will be joining South Korea and Japan and halting oil imports from Iran ahead of the upcoming US sanctions on Iran which take effect in November, according to a report in Bloomberg.

India is the world’s second largest buyer of Iranian oil, according to Bloomberg, accounting for 27% or Iran’s exports.
