Three Palestinian Authority Arabs were arrested north of Ramallah on Saturday night by Palestinian Authority security forces.
According to Arab sources. the three were reportedly on their way to committing a major terror attack against Israelis.
The sources said they were armed with hand grenades and a Carl Gustav sub-machine gun.
The three went off the grid a few weeks ago and Israeli and PA security forces had been searching for them since. Last week their cellphones and IDs were found.
Sources in the PA believe the three are linked to Hamas.
No Israeli sources have as of yet confirmed the Arab reports.
Over the past few weeks, PA Chairman Abbas has been trying to convince Israelis, through private meetings and TV interviews, to keep the IDF out of PA controlled cities and let him handle security.
