Shira Klein, the woman seriously injured in the vehicular terrorism attack in Jerusalem on April 15th, continues to be in serious but stable condition.

She is unconscious and on a respirator at Hadassah Ein Karem hospital.

Shalom Yochai Cherki was killed by the driver who drove into them as they waited at bus stop.

Following their investigation, the police have finally decided that this was a terror attack.
