Agent 007 Has Passed Away…
Sir Roger Moore, the British actor best known for his role as James Bond, Agent 007, has passed away at the age of 89 after a short struggle with cancer.

Moore, who portrayed Bond in seven 007 films, was in Switzerland at the time of his passing.
His family made the announcement on the actor’s official Twitter account on Wednesday. “Thank you Pops for being you, and for being so very special to so many people.”

A private funeral will be held in Monaco in accordance with the actor’s wishes.
