The streets around the Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem (near Cinema City) were shut down after a man showed up at the Foreign Ministry building with a suspicious object in his bag, just after 11 AM.

Rabin street, a major thoroughfare was closed in both directions.

A police sapper checked the contents on the bag, and the streets were reopened just before 11:30 AM.

The police said the object was OK, but brought the man in for questioning.
