Rabbi: Throw Out ‘Tembelvision’

Rabbi Amnon Yitzchak ran an unusual protest today. He asked that people dump their televisions into the garbage in front of the offices of the Israel Broadcasting Authority in Jerusalem. He set the goal at 1000 dumped TVs. He called it a Tembelvision protest. Tembel in Hebrew is slang for ‘idiot’.
