Two Boro Park Women Killed In Arizona Car Accident

Two vacationing young women from Brooklyn’s Boro Park neighborhood, Hindy Spira and Raizel Morgenstern, were killed in Holbrook, Arizona Monday when the car in which they were traveling collided with a tractor trailer. Both women were in their mid-20s.

Two other young women in the vehicle, Suri Mayerowitz (Faiga Sarah bas Bracha Chaya) and Miriam Meyer (Miriam bas Gittel), also from Brooklyn and in their mid-20s, were injured.

Miriam’s father, Rabbi Yanky (Jack) Meyer, founder of the Misaskim organization, asked the public to recite Tehillim for Suri and Miriam “and for the families that are suffering from this great tragedy. They should have the strength to pull through this tough time.”
