A senior IDF officer told News 0404 that this was “a serious incident and a dangerous failure… It could have ended up with kidnapped soldiers… Shechem is crawling with Hamas terrorists.”

According to reports, their car was stopped by the Palestinian Authority police as they began to enter into Shechem as something about them appeared suspicious. That’s a serious operational failure for the undercover unit.
