Temple Mount Activist Rabbi Yehudah Glick successfully underwent another surgery this morning, his fourth so far. Glick was shot four times last Wednesday by an Islamic assassin outside the Begin Center in Jerusalem.
So far doctors from Shaarei Tzedeq hospital have removed parts of Glick’s lungs and intestines, and are continuing to work to repair the internal damage he suffered.
Doctors hope that soon they will be able to wean Glick off the respirator and wake him in a few days. The doctors say there is some improvement in his condition and no apparent neurological damage, and hope that he will have a full recovery.
But they cautioned, Glick is not out of danger yet.
