Overnight raid, Feb, 2017

Dozens of Arabs on Tuesday night rioted in the Balata refugee camp in Shechem, throwing stones and two explosive devices at IDF soldiers.

The force at the scene responded by firing at the terrorists, but no injury was reported.

Also on Tuesday night, an M16 rifle was found, along with ammunition and other combat equipment were seized in a search of a house in the Arab village of Hirbat al-Carmel in the Hebron hills.

Altogether, 17 wanted Arabs were arrested in the villages of ‘Azzun, Kiblah Harat, Na’alin, Zadin, Kabalia, Bir Zeit, Deir Abu Mash’al, Al’ Aida, Beit Ummar, Dura and Jaber.

Also overnight, Arabs threw stones at IDF forces in Bani Zeid, Deir Abu Mash’al, in the village of Tel in Samaria, in Beit Ijza, in the Shuafat neighborhood of Jerusalem, in the village of Husan in Gush Etzion, in the Silwan neighborhood of Jerusalem and in Beitin.
