Israeli military forces killed at least 10 Hamas terrorists late Tuesday night during another massive attempt to infiltrate Israeli territory from Gaza.
Infiltration alerts were activated in the communities of Zikim, Karmiya and Netiv Ha’Asara, all located near the Gaza border, with residents ordered to enter their homes, locking doors and windows, or otherwise take shelter immediately.
IDF troops responded to the alert in full force and engaged the attackers, who attempted to invade near Zikim in southern Israel.
IDF Home Front Command issued an “all clear” within 20 minutes of the incident.
Israel Navy Forces Eliminate Hamas Divers During Attempted Attack
At least eight Hamas terrorists were eliminated by Israeli military forces earlier in the evening during an attempt to infiltrate Israeli territory by sea.
Hamas divers participated in the October 7 invasion of Jewish communities and IDF bases in southern Israel, and have continued in their attempts to infiltrate Israeli territory to continue their attacks.
