As many as 93 Gazans were injured on Monday afternoon during clashes with the IDF at the northern Gaza Strip border, including 37 who were shot with live bullets by Israeli gunboats at sea, after leaving the Gaza port aiming to reach the high seas in dozens of fishing boats, the Gaza Health Ministry confirmed.

Also on Monday, the High Follow-Up Committee for Arab Citizens of Israel announced a general strike, marking the 18th anniversary of the events of October 2000, during which 13 Israeli Arabs were shot by police.

This year, the committee decided to add to the reasons for the strike a protest against the Israeli Nationality Law and the American administration’s anti-Palestinians policies.
