The Fogel family is suing the Palestinian Authority and the PLO in the Jerusalem District Court, according to a YNet report.
Seven years after the massacre in Itamar, Tamar Fogel, one of the surviving Fogel children is suing the perpetrators, and those that aid them, for 400 million shekels. They are utilizing the services of Shurat HaDin to that end.
Listed among the defendants are the PLO, the Palestinian Authority and the PFLP (Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine).
On March 11, 2011, two Palestinian Authority Arab terrorists from Awarta infiltrated into the community of Itamar. They first broke into an empty home and stole a firearm. They then entered the Fogel home.
The terrorists shot, stabbed and murdered the parents Udi and Ruthi. They then slaughtered three of their children Yoav (11), Elad (4) and Hadas (3 months).
Only the children Tamar (12), Roi (8) and Yishai (2) survived the attack seven years ago.
The family pointed out that the two terrorists are, until today, still receiving inflated salaries from the Palestinian Authority, which goes against logic and justice.
The terrorists were captured alive a month after the attack and sentenced to 130 years in prison.
