Israel Defense Force soldiers have arrested the family members and have begun interrogations to determine who assisted the 23-year-old Palestinian Authority terrorist in his murderous attack that left two Israelis dead and a third seriously wounded early Sunday at the Barkan Industrial Park in Samaria.

One of those arrested was a friend who worked in the same factory with Ashraf Walid Suleiman Na’alwa, and to whom he gave a suicide note three days ago, according to a report broadcast Sunday on Hadashot News television.

The family home of Ashraf Walid Suleiman Na’alwa was also mapped out Sunday night by IDF soldiers in advance of probable demolition, the IDF said in a statement.

“Israel Defense Forces and Shin Bet intelligence agents continue to search for Ashraf Walid Suleiman Na’alwa, who murdered two citizens and wounded another in a shooting terror attack this morning,” the IDF said.

“The forces arrived to the terrorist’s house, mapped out the building and carried out interrogations and arrests of those suspected of aiding the terrorist.

“IDF and Shin Bet forces will continue to work to capture the terrorist and to preserve the security of the region’s residents, with an increased operational and intelligence effort,” the military added.

Forces continued to scan the area as they searched for the terrorist, who is still at large and considered armed and dangerous. He is believed to be carrying the improvised Carlo Gustav submachine gun he used in the attack.
