The IDF distributed leaflets about the terrorist who carried out the Barkan terrorist attack last month, saying that: “Anyone who helps wanted person Ashraf Naalwa risks punitive measures, including long prison terms or the demolition of his house without appeal.”
Those “found to be assisting Naalwa” were also warned that they “risk the cancellation of all special permits and work permits” for themselves and their family in Israel.
Last week, an IDF Military Court issued indictments against Naalwa’s mother and brother for not preventing the attack. Part of the Naalwa home in Shweiki near Tulkarem in the West Bank.
Naalwa has been on the run since October 7 after he shot and killed two Israelis in the Barkan Industrial Area at point blank range.
